OPPORTUNITIES

⁠Good spoken English, Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.

⁠1 year or more of previous experience in beauty spa and salon.

Recognized esthetics certificate (ITEC, CIBTAC or equivalent) or recognized practical spa certification is preferred.

Friendly personality, good customer service skills, welcoming manner, self motivated, team player and honest.

⁠Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients;

Handle enquiries and follow-up requests from designated corporate clients;

⁠Liaise with internal and external parties to deliver smooth and effective workflow;

Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business;

Maintain long-term relationships and close partnerships with corporate clients to drive business growth along with business strategies and fulfill business targets;

⁠Explore potential business opportunities and handle business development projects;

Collect and gather client/agent's feedback on the service quality and report to the management;

Handle other duties/ projects as assigned;

Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or other related discipline;

3-5 years sales / customer service experience is preferred;

⁠Experience in corporate business development (B2B), cross-border business development and partnership management is highly preferred;

Experience in health and wellness fields would be an advantage;

Customer-oriented with a proactive and good serving attitude;

Presentable and strong in communication skills;

⁠Self-motivation with a strong will to learn;

⁠Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

Proven Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.);

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business and Development Officer.
